· All products purchased from RUTHINI FASHIONS, are not eligible for any return/exchange of products.
· We request customers to kindly go through FITNOTES, product description, size details and all images clearly before confirming order.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
· Items purchased on sale or clearance.
· Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
· If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
· Share clear images/videos of the product for verification agreed with only 360 degree opening video without any pause or cuts share to our WhatsApp number +91 8885106647.
· After approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
🔄 Exchange Policy
· Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
· If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

· Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
· Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
· No amount is refunded you can choose any other dress or amount credited it your account.
